Cancellation policy
If canceling within 48 hours of your appointment you will be required to pay in full to be rescheduled.
 
Prices policy
All prices have a cash discount included in the price. If paying with a card there is an additional 5% convenience fee.
 
Confirmation policy
Reminders are sent out 24 hours prior to appointment. Appointments need to be confirmed by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to your appointment. If appointment is not confirmed by 5:00 p.m. appointment will be automatically canceled.
 

Maintenance detail policy

Maintenance details are only available after your initial detail. If you skip an appointment the price reverts back to the initial price.
 
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are non refundable. Booking appointments for gift certificates are subject to Ultimate Detail’s availability. 
 
 
 
Refund policy
Ultimate Detail does not provide refunds of any kind. If you are dissatisfied with any work completed within 3 days of your service, Ultimate Detail may provide a touch up of any work provided. 
 
Refusal of service 
Ultimate Detail has the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. Ultimate Detail will not tolerate any clients harassment, bullying, or disrespect for refusing service. If any of the above happens at any time the client will be placed on a do not service list.
 

Personal belongings policy

Ultimate detail is not responsible for any belongings left inside vehicle. All items should be removed prior to the start of service.

Pet Hair Policy
The pet hair policy is any vehicle with pet hair is subject to a minimum $25 fee
